No Cooling –Period

All the Indian Aviation warehouse are equipped with X-ray machines, which eliminate the necessary of the mandatory for heavy bulk shipment for 24 hour cooling-period required for security reasons for all air transportation.

Cut Off

The normal Cut- off time for acceptance of booking at Air Hub i.e. 4 Hrs. before the scheduled departure of flight (Airport to Airport delivery).

Time – bound delivery

We have made proper schedules to provide the committed delivery. The transit times shown are indicative. The Transit time can only change due to monsoon conditions and other forceable disaster events.

COD ( Cash on Delivery)

The invoice value of the shipment booked by you will be collected from the consignee in the form of cash at the time of the delivery. The cash collected from the consignee will be returned back to you to complete the transaction.

DOD (Cheque / Demand Draft on Delivery)

The invoice value of the shipment booked by consignor will be collected from the consignee in the form of a cheque /demand draft at the time of the delivery. The demand draft collected from the consignee will be returned back to you to complete the transaction.

FOD ( Freight on Delivery)

The freight of the shipment will be collected from the consignee at the time of delivery.

FOV ( Freight on Value )

RTL can facilitate arrangements to insure your goods in an eventuality of the shipment being damaged or lost. RTL will provide relevant supporting document so that customer can claim for that from their end.

Less Than Truckload Shipping (LTL)

Less than truckload shipping is a type if ground freight transportation that combines shipments from multiple customers. Businesses choose this budget-friendly option when the customer demand for their products is average or stable.

Less than truckload shipping is affordable for small business because you share the transportation costs with other companies, and use a third-party logistics (3PL) company. Full Truckload Shipping (FTL)

Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery is an overnight delivery service, where you can book a shipment for pick up by noon or drop it of at the nearest RTL drop point by 4 p.m. and your parcel is on its way to its destination. RTL assures the parcel to be its rightful required place by next day. Let it be your valuable documents, parcels, gift for the loved ones. You have a deadline to meet then RTL next day delivery is what you need. Booking Norms

Transportation of goods by Air is governed by IATA Rules.
The Packing of the consignments should be strong enough to withstand the normal Air Transport.
The value and the contents of the consignment should be properly declared.
The weight if single consignment should not exceed 150 kgs by weight and as follows by dimensions Lx 48 inches, B x 52 inches, H x 34 inches
Unscanned goods are cooled off for 24 Hrs
Dangerous and hazardous goods are completely prohibited for carriage by Air passenger flights.
For booking heavy or voluminous cargo prior reference to our RTL should be made.
The weight of the consignment is determined by Actual or Volumetric weight whichever is higher.
Bulky and Light weight consignments shall be charged on the basis of space occupied as per IATA rules and weight shall be calculated by applying this formula on size of packages L X B X H cms / 6000
FOV shall be charged as per the tariff rates
Claim / liabilities are settled as per the tariff rules.
For Commercial Cargo – Sales Tax forms/ Octroi / Entry Tax rules are to be followed as per services guidelines.
